Account Manager for Automotive OEM/OES in Spain

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Spain, focusing on the automotive OEM/OES segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for assigned customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tapes industry
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
