Position: OEM & Media Analyst
Job Summary
As an OEM & Media Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our OEM department across various functions. Your mission is to provide invaluable assistance in creating insights, reports, and fostering relationships crucial for our Brand and Media Partnership Managers. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in supporting Account Managers D2C, particularly on Dealer Level with leading automotive brands. You will become a thought leader in the automotive world in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and our business operations.
- Support Brand- & Media Partnerships Managers in their daily business.
- Create excellent reports regarding media campaigns & brand performance.
- Understand the needs of OEMs and address these proactively.
- Support the Account Managers, specializing in D2C and become the go-to person for the OEM digital sales team.
- Foster strong relationships and effectively communicate at a manager level.
- Help build the team and implement divisional processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in G-suite, especially Sheets + Slides (or Microsoft Office).
- Nice to have: CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Organizational and structural approach.
