Job Title: Associate Director, Business Analyst, Global Clinical Operations

At Development Innovations Group, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Business Analyst, Global Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Associate Director, Business Analyst, Global Clinical Operations will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with global business leaders and subject matter experts to identify business requirements and develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
  • Acting as an advisor to provide guidance on improving global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
  • Ensuring consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation.
  • Supporting validation and testing, including OQ, PQ, UAT, and other testing methodologies.
  • Developing project rationale and performing scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects.
  • Highlighting and identifying gaps in existing functionality and reviewing requirements with stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive requirement specifications to determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions.
  • Liaising with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions.
  • Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are involved in the specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services.
  • Ensuring the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
  • Ensuring implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose.
  • Staying up-to-date with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business, or a similar field.
  • 12+ years of total experience, with a strong track record as a Business Analyst, including business process reengineering, user requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and exercise business judgment.
  • Track record of delivering global solutions at scale.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural environment.
