Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst to lead and develop the business analysis function within our internal IT function. This role will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake business analysis of all solutions, collaborating with internal and external technology and business experts.
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of business analysis across all areas of IT.
  • Formalize and develop the business analysis function, defining methodologies, establishing standards, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and policies/standards.
  • Ensure the existence, quality, accuracy, and integrity of all business analysis artefacts.
Requirements:
  • BA Accreditation (IIBA CCBA, CBAP, or other).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of business analysis.
  • Extensive technical experience of producing process maps, analyses, solution definitions, and analyses.
  • Experience of working as part of multi-skilled technical teams through the project life cycle.
