Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at SG Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Economic and Financial Expertise: You will possess a strong understanding of economics, business administration, and related financial knowledge.
  • Banking Product Knowledge: Familiarity with GTB and GDF banking products is essential.
  • Project Management: You will have experience leading both functional and technical teams, as well as liaising with senior management.
  • Agile Methodology: Proven record of working with agile methodology and PMO.
  • Documentation and Communication: Ability to draft functional documentation and translate it into guides for technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management: You will be able to work under pressure, manage risks, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
Requirements
  • Mandatory Requirements
    • Previous experience as a business analyst and project lead.
    • English proficiency.
    • High level of Microsoft Office suite skills.
    • Advanced data analytics skills.
  • Desirable Requirements
    • Previous experience in a bank.
    • Knowledge of distribution methods.
    • Experience with SQL queries.
    • Experience with data visualization.
