Job Description:
Samboat is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Director to oversee sales and operations in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance to ensure success.
- Project Coordination: Plan and execute key projects, coordinating between local and global teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the boating/charter industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
