About the Role
As a Fusion Account Executive for the DACH region, you will be a crucial driver of our sales strategy in the German-speaking market. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and engaging potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion.
- Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market.
- Own your quarterly forecasts and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their requirements and demonstrating the benefits of Fusion.
- Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged through creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life.
- Work closely with the BDR team.
- Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Fluency in German and English - your language skills will help you build deep connections in the DACH region.
- A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven success in prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field.
Compensation
The salary for this position is around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your experience and location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
