Job Description

Sales and Partnership Expert (DACH)

We're seeking a full-time International Sales and Partnerships Manager - DACH to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming product enquiries, referrals, and leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Format tailor-made proposals to clients.
  • Organize face-to-face or online product demonstrations and advanced training sessions.
  • Keep track of our existing client base and generate new sales by upselling our products according to the client's needs.
  • Negotiate contracts while maintaining a balance between optimal service, value for the client, and Lighthouse's profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and adjust the vision for the sales team.
  • Build and execute a business development plan to achieve business aims and sales targets, develop innovative strategies to maximize results, and identify shortfalls in the process.
  • Attend meetings, (inter)national conferences, and organize regional road shows as required.
  • Act as the middleman between our clients and our Product Development team, providing client feedback to ensure products align with feedback.
  • Keep track of your efforts in our CRM system and achieve KPIs and targets.

Your Profile:

  • You have 1-3 years relevant experience in business development within a SaaS company, preferably with direct sales experience.
  • Experience in the hospitality tech space is a huge plus.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or other relevant fields is a huge plus.
  • Possess a strong passion for the travel industry.
  • Have a hunter mentality, finding, soliciting, and driving new business to our company.
  • You are comfortable presenting and promoting our products by webinars and tutorials.
  • You're not the salesman that sells thin air; you're passionate aboutour products and tailor your pitch to the audience's needs.
  • You are a self-starter: you will propose new ideas and process improvements for our sales process.
  • You have experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems and related sales tools.
  • You are fluent in German and English.

What We Offer:

Lighthouse Intelligence offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
