Business Development Professional for Building Automation in Spain

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Spanish market by leveraging your extensive experience in technical B2B sales and passion for making the world more environmentally friendly through building automation. If you have a strong background in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering, and thrive on building relationships with customers, then this opportunity is tailored to your expertise.
With a proven track record of identifying potential projects and developing strategic partnerships, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in Spain. Your primary objectives will include:
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting continuous analysis and identification of potential projects aligned with customer needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop joint strategies and create customized presentations
• Negotiating contracts and conditions with clients
• Organizing product presentations and workshops to showcase our innovative building automation solutions
• Providing intensive support and supervision to existing projects
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong educational background in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in business development, key account management, or sales management. The ideal candidate should possess persistence, high consulting competence, communication skills, an innovative mindset, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
