We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Specialist for Building Automation to join our team at Loxone. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of our building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous analysis and identification of potential projects in the building automation sector
  • Development and implementation of joint strategies with customers to meet their specific needs
  • Creation of tailored presentations and proposals for construction projects, including negotiation of contracts and conditions
  • Organization and conduct of product presentations and workshops with customers
  • Intensive support and supervision of existing projects
  • Continuous relationship management and identification of future joint projects

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, key account management, or sales management
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and excellent communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
  • Fluently in Spanish and really good English skills
