About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Roboyo GmbH. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing automation solutions for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business problems, developing technological solutions, and supporting project lifecycles. You will also be responsible for managing testing and documentation of application development phases, acting as the primary support for assigned applications and systems, and supporting the creation of process development documents (PDDs) in coordination with clients and subproject managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for automation
- Analyze business problems and develop technological solutions to address them
- Support project lifecycles from initiation to completion
- Manage testing and documentation of application development phases
- Act as the primary support for assigned applications and systems
- Support the creation of process development documents (PDDs) in coordination with clients and subproject managers
Requirements:
- Professional Training in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent with minimum duration of 2 years
- 0 - 3 years' experience programming IT solutions, preferably .NET, C#, VBA or Java
- Understanding of customers' processes and experience in process consulting
- Experience with UiPath and automation technologies (RPA/BPM/Process Mining, etc.)
- Business fluency in English (other languages such as French are a plus)
