Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Business Development Representative. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers on what we have to offer and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
- Contact C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native/advanced level of Spanish and Catalan, with fluent English skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
As a Business Development Representative at Teleperformance Spain, you will enjoy a competitive salary of €19,086.85 gross/year, plus up to €2,290.42 gross/year in bonus. Additionally, you will benefit from:
