We are seeking a highly skilled Multifaceted Business Development Strategist to join our team at Amazon. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who excels in business development and has a passion for localization.
**Job Overview**: As a Multifaceted Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of prospective Amazon Internal customers. You will design onboarding projects that incorporate multiple technical and operational teams and successfully integrate Amazon internal customers into the Translation Services workflow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create client and project roadmaps, lead and coordinate large teams on specific goals, and update/present to leadership with regular reports
- Maintain a vast network of key stakeholders within Translation Services and our partner teams
- Ensure a high level of collaboration and satisfaction from all teams
- Manage client onboarding end-to-end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors, and other departments
- Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks
**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least eight years of experience building and executing business development/Sales strategies
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Proven ability to analyse data, using the data to drive decision-making and implement effective resolutions
- Strong prioritization, time management skills and ability to delegate effectively
- Demonstrated an appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
