About Language Matters

We are a SaaS company pioneering in the events industry, seeking an experienced German-speaking Multifaceted Sales Executive to join our dynamic multicultural sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify opportunities in the German market
  • Create and present compelling proposals for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to close mutually beneficial deals
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and share market insights

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a 360 business development role and be fluent in both German and English.

You should have a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to learn.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, 28 days' holiday (excluding bank holidays), early finish on Fridays, and the opportunity to work in a fast-growing company.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, BDR, or in a 360 sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, empathy, and integrity
