Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans for each partner.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns focused on large-scale, high-potential partnerships.
- Work with large amounts of data to implement new tactics and projects, report, and plan.
- Propose new ideas, organize and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's short and long-term goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with partners, solve problems, and facilitate collaboration and innovation.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
- Project management and organization skills to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, report on performance, and make quick decisions for adjustments.
Semrush is a global IT company that develops its own product - a platform for digital marketers. We offer a dynamic, flexible environment where you can work comfortably from home or the office.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $80,000 per year.
