**Company Overview**
Smadex, a part of Entravision Communications Corporation, is a leading programmatic platform offering performance and brand advertising solutions across mobile in-app, mobile web, and CTV. We are expanding our presence in EMEA and seeking an experienced **Senior Director of Sales** to spearhead our growth in the region.
**Job Description**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for presenting Smadex's innovative programmatic solutions to major advertisers, brands, and media agencies. You will close new business contracts, ensure successful campaign launches, and work closely with our Account Management, AdOps, and Creative Teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Presenting Smadex's programmatic solutions to key decision makers directly to advertisers, major brands, and media agencies.
- Closing new business contracts and ensuring successful campaign launches and ramp up, working closely with the Account Management, AdOps, and Creative Teams.
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the New Business team as well as attracting new talent to join the team.
