**About Volpak and the Role**

Coesia is a leading global provider of innovative industrial solutions with a presence in 32 countries. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining key client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage one or more of our international clients in the consumer packaged goods and pharma industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of assigned commercial targets, including revenues, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Coesia HQ and various client business units in a matrix organization structure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan for each assigned client to drive business development and achieve short- and long-term targets.
  • Coordinating all activities related to the key account and assigning roles to various team members involved.
  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and priorities, and influencing customer strategy to deploy Coesia solutions.
  • Defining pricing and terms & conditions jointly with Coesia companies and leading negotiations and agreements.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by setting target service levels, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent.
  • Meaningful sales leadership experience in structured B2B industrial sectors, with a comprehensive knowledge of FMCG markets.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • A willingness to travel up to 40% of working time.
  • A strategic mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to work autonomously in a complex organization.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
