Our Vision

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway involves managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, onboard new corporate clients, crafting high-level onboarding documentation, identifying client growth opportunities, monitoring and reporting threats, defining Quarterly OKRs, and working with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients, ensuring they are 100% up and running
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • 1+ year experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to learn
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility in working in a fast-changing environment

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
