Job Overview

The Digital Account Executive, SMC, German Speaking role at Microsoft Corporation is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to accelerate their career growth and make a meaningful impact in the tech industry. As part of our SMC team, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.

About the Role

In this role, you will facilitate Microsoft's efforts to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients, helping them realize their potential and navigate their Digital Transformation journey. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations. To succeed, you must effectively leverage all the digital tools and processes available and orchestrate the other team members to address customer needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining strong customer relationships and advocating for customers within the organization. You will identify decision makers within customer organizations, leveraging partners and v-teams, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics and manage escalation processes. This role requires strategic thinking and execution, high performance, collaborative purposeful planning and execution, and disciplined operation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field, along with sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth. Proficiency in German Language is a requirement. Additional or preferred qualifications include strategic thinking & execution, high performer, collaborative purposeful planner & executor, and disciplined operator.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
