Strategic Business Development Consultant for Recruitment Services

Established in 1993 and operating worldwide, Antal International Network, a UK-based recruitment company with a presence in Spain since 2000, seeks a highly motivated consultant to oversee selection processes and drive business development for clients in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to negotiate service contracts and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are results-driven, organized, and proactive. As a strategic business development consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Business development and client management
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Interview coordination and client meetings
- Negotiation of service contracts and presentation of candidates
The successful candidate will have a minimum university degree and at least one year of recruitment experience. A good command of English is essential, as well as strong target and result orientation.
