In line with Infor's strategic growth, we are seeking a seasoned Services Sales Professional to assume the role of Client Partner, focusing on existing customers and net new opportunities within the DACH region.

The Client Partner is responsible for driving services sales revenue across the DACH region. This involves achieving assigned services sales quotas and goals for clients in the region. Key responsibilities include developing business, responding to RFPs, and creating proposals for presentation to clients, ensuring effective services positioning.

A primary focus of this role will be identifying, qualifying, and managing complex deals from initial opportunity to successful close, including solution design, delivery capabilities, risk assessment, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with CxO-level decision makers, IT departments, purchasing teams, and business stakeholders to drive sales of Infor services to existing and prospective clients.

This position entails a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Supporting sales representatives through the full sales lifecycle, from RFP response coordination to oral presentations and contract negotiation
  • Articulating the value proposition and solutions approach to address key business issues
  • Identifying prospective clients and opportunities through 'no customer left behind' initiatives and collaboration with license sales teams to maximize Infor's revenue in the assigned territory
  • Driving consulting services opportunities and leveraging company resources, including Alliances, Partners, and Value Engineering
  • Quota carrying - achieving or exceeding annual booking and revenue quotas for Infor services in the assigned territory
  • Forecasts and analysis - providing regular qualification, forecasting, and analysis of opportunities using specified methodology
  • Process compliance - ensuring timely approval processes for all opportunities

Additional responsibilities include preparing project proposals outlining business requirements, technical requirements, and delivery schedules in accordance with Infor's Delivery Methodology, negotiating sales terms within established policies and procedures, and working with sub-contractors to handle additional opportunities.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
