**Job Description**
As a Business Development Manager for IT Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Technology, or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, sales, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
