Business Development Representative

This role can be performed home based anywhere in the United Kingdom, providing an excellent work-life balance. As a Business Development Representative for Recruitment Direct, you will play a key part in promoting our services to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with native-level French and fluent English skills. This is a Monday to Friday role that requires making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, selling our industry-leading services.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service and sales skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex information effectively. Sales experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from candidates with customer service experience who are eager to pursue a sales career.
Key Responsibilities- Making high-volume outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to promote our services
