We are looking for a Customer-obsessed Account Manager to help shape the future of our B2B Quoting Business and improve the bulk ordering experience for our Business Customers and Sellers.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account and project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

They will be responsible for connecting with both Sellers and Customers to coordinate bulk orders, and also interfaces regularly with Seller Account Managers and Customer Advisors owning the primary Buyer-Seller Relationships.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, improving business processes, and working on projects to improve the long term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry, fluency in English and one of these languages: Spanish, French, German or Italian, and experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include strong data skills, good listening and communication skills, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
