Job Title: B2B Business Development Manager

Amazon Business is looking for a Customer-obsessed Quoting Specialist with a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace to help shape the future of our B2B Quoting Business and improve the bulk ordering experience for our Business Customers and Sellers.



The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account and project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.



They are an expert in Amazon Marketplace selling, analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have strong persuasion skills with the ability to deliver recommendations with authority and influence senior decision makers.



We will accept candidates located across EU5 Marketplaces.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manages a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts against a set of output and input goals, and supports them in fulfilling bulk orders by Business Customers.
  • Helps improve business processes and makes us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
  • Works on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry
  • Fluency in English and one of these languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
  • Able to work in a diverse team

  • Strong data skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good listener and effective communicator
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Always does what is right for the customer; relentlessly customer-focused
  • Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies' needs in a target-based environment
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
