About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth for our market-leading brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain price and promotional strategies for Spain and Portugal, incorporating market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams to set channel, brand, pack, and price architecture strategies for each market.
- Track implementation and propose adjustments where necessary.
- Own local value realisation plans, including all Revenue Growth Management pillars.
- At least five years of experience in Net Revenue Management or analytical areas like Commercial Finance, Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial Intelligence, or Strategy.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing practices, promotion management, and trade terms optimization.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers.
- A competitive salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
