About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth for our market-leading brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain price and promotional strategies for Spain and Portugal, incorporating market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to set channel, brand, pack, and price architecture strategies for each market.
  • Track implementation and propose adjustments where necessary.
  • Own local value realisation plans, including all Revenue Growth Management pillars.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in Net Revenue Management or analytical areas like Commercial Finance, Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial Intelligence, or Strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing practices, promotion management, and trade terms optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and modeling.
  • Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers.
