The Role

As a German speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to identify their needs and provide effective resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions in our call management system, ensuring efficient and SLA-compliant responses.
  • Stay informed about our services and products, focusing on those that meet individual customer needs.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate across teams, provide coverage when needed, and participate in special projects to support overall team performance.
  • Manage records for holidays, sick days, and overtime, ensuring smooth operation within the team.
  • Take part in team meetings and other tasks assigned by management to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Native or fluent German language skills, with a minimum B2 level in English.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service, preferably in technical support.
  • Familiarity with signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and AV products.
  • Strong customer care skills, with a keen ability to understand and resolve customer needs efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to taking full ownership of calls, seeing them through to resolution or escalation.
