Customer Service Specialist in Barcelona

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, chat, or other automated alerts. You will log call details onto our call management systems and provide response and resolution within our agreed SLA. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and are bilingual or fluent in German and have an advanced level of English, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels
- Log call details onto our call management systems
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- Escalate potential service issues as needed
- Follow all processes and procedures of the project
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are highly IT literate, and have experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be articulate, clear, and patient when speaking to people from diverse backgrounds. You will also have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment and have customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs. What's in It for You
We offer a competitive salary of 22,000 euros gross per year, plus up to 2,400 euros gross per year in bonus. Our full-time contract is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Our central location in Barcelona offers easy access to public transportation. Additionally, we offer a bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunity.
