Job Description:

Are you a native German speaker looking for a challenging role in customer service? Do you have strong communication skills in both German and English?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our German-speaking team in Barcelona as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to credit card holders in their native language, ensuring the security and protection of credit card details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer questions about secure payment methods, credit card balances, and changes to cardholder information.
  • Explain and help with solutions for payment refusals and analyze possibly fraudulent transactions with cardholders.
  • Maintain security procedures around sensitive data and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Native-level German language skills (written and spoken).
  • Good level of English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills and flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts).
