About Us:
Language Matters is a leading recruitment agency specializing in multilingual talent. We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in central London.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all client queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner while utilizing your German language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Proactively deal with any returns and exchange issues.
- Process and track orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments as required.
- Maintain knowledge of products and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in dealing with a high volume of outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of orders.
