Are you an empathetic individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding and identifying customer needs
  • Providing accurate information and resolving inquiries via email and phone
  • Mediating between customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • C2 level Danish and advanced English language proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and internal platforms
  • A problem-solving mentality and solution-driven approach
  • A positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations

We offer:

Salary: €38,500 per annum (based on 38.5 hours/week contract)

Holidays: 27 working days/year
