Overview

As a Back Office Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Lynk&Co customers in the Dutch and German markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels
  • Act as second-line support for first-line Sales Advisors
  • Manage back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment processing, and claims
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • GREAT service and sales mindset
  • Secondary-level education or higher
  • Good computer skills
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or German, with excellent English language skills
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but not mandatory
  • Availability to start on the 2nd of September
  • Valid documentation to work in Spain

Offer

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with 8-hour shifts
  • Salary: €26,000 - €27,000 gross per year
  • Contract: 9 months with Randstad, with possibility of permanent contract
  • Working area: Barcelona, with possibility of hybrid work after 3 months
