Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability for the Grid Automation portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Lead the sales teams across Europe to achieve sales targets and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Implement and follow up on market plans for all areas in the HUB
  • Coaching and developing team members to drive sales success and personal growth

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of experience in the Electrical and Automation Industries
  • Experience leading sales teams across Europe
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
