About the Role:
As Head of Strategic Sales for Europe Grid Automation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion of our Grid Automation portfolio in Europe. You will lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand business in Europe
- Lead a team of sales professionals in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and expansion
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
