About the Role:

As Head of Strategic Sales for Europe Grid Automation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion of our Grid Automation portfolio in Europe. You will lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand business in Europe
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and expansion
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
