We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in Europe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Director, responsible for leading the sales efforts of our Grid Automation portfolio across Europe. You will be part of a high-performing team that collaborates closely with global sales leaders, product management, and local sales managers to achieve strategic business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Exceeding team sales attainment targets and executing on strategic growth initiatives
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong market presence through effective customer relationships and account planning
  • Developing and implementing market plans for all areas within the region, driving sales success and personal growth for team members
  • Collaborating with global sales leaders and local sales managers to establish best practices for coaching, territory planning, and sales efficiency

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in Engineering or equivalent trade qualifications
  • No less than 15 years of experience in the Electrical and Automation industries, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and positions, with strong commercial and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in sales across multi-portfolio solutions and implementing growth actions
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
