This role provides a stimulating mix of activities requiring an experienced Sales Professional with the ability to build strong long-term customer relationships.
Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities:
- Develop specific Account Strategies for the Grid Automation business with your nominated accounts to position Hitachi Energy as the partner of choice and drive profitable growth.
- Drive alignment with the Business Goals and feed into the overall Account Strategy for Hitachi Energy.
- Create added value for customers and Hitachi Energy by ensuring a coordinated sales proposition across business units.
- Maintain detailed records of opportunities for your nominated accounts and visibility of business levels in the current and future years.
- Set and deliver the Sales Targets for your accounts and support & coordinate with the Local Sales Teams to secure local business.
- Secure export orders where your nominated accounts are working on international opportunities.
Your Background:
- At least 5+ years' experience selling Automation Solutions to EPC contractors.
- Experience of managing international Sales Opportunities for engineered solutions.
- A strong knowledge of markets for Automation Solutions for Electrical Networks and Grid Edge Solutions.
- Experience in coordinating international bid teams to develop innovative tenders.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
- Availability for international travel to visit customers (max. 30%).
€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
