">As a New Seller Recruiting specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and development of new sellers on Amazon's Business Marketplace. Your primary goal will be to identify and recruit high-potential new sellers, provide them with necessary support and resources, and help them succeed on the platform.

- ">Identify and recruit new sellers who can benefit from Amazon's Business Marketplace">
- ">Provide training and support to new sellers to ensure their success on the platform">
- ">Work closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and customer service teams, to drive growth and development of new sellers">
- ">Develop and implement strategies to improve seller satisfaction and retention rates">
- ">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability">
- ">Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement">
- ">Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, sales teams, and marketing teams">
- ">Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service">
- ">Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events to build relationships and stay informed about market developments">
- ">Travel occasionally to meet with clients, partners, and other stakeholders">
- ">Other duties as assigned by management">
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- ">Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related field">
- ">At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the tech industry">
- ">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders">
- ">Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement">
- ">Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service">
- ">Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines">
- ">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools">
- ">Valid driver's license and reliable transportation">
- ">Fluency in English (both written and spoken)">
- ">Preferred qualifications include experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce platforms">
