Customer Insights Strategist for Amazon Japan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Insights Strategist to join our team at Amazon Japan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer research strategies to inform business decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business problems to solve through research
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
You have 6+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation. You are fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
