Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in digital retail and ecommerce? Do you have a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed in the Amazon marketplace?

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Strategist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services team, you will work closely with our selling partners to develop and implement tailored strategies that drive business growth and program satisfaction.

Your primary objective will be to support our selling partners in achieving their individual targets by working backwards from their goals and developing a roadmap together. You will also use your analytical skills to proactively identify areas of untapped potential and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Simultaneously managing a portfolio of 10-20 selling partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications
  • Producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data
  • Using your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to leverage our solutions for selling partners' objectives and consult on opportunities derived and potential business impact
  • Supporting the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges
  • Gaining the trust of each managed selling partner by close collaboration and delivering results and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

In addition, you will dedicate time to educate each selling partner about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon. You will also identify, qualify, and engage with prospective selling partners for SAS based on a clear understanding of our selling partners and their needs.

As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, a strong analytical background, and a proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level. You will also have experience using CRM tools and be able to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment.
