About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organization based in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing scale-up that has been selected by Techleap's Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams;
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams. You should have a proven track record of driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles. Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English is essential, as well as experience using and optimizing CRMs like Hubspot.

We obviously offer a contract for 40 hours per week, 23 holidays, €500 contribution to set up/improve your home office, and travel reimbursement to get to our great office. Our estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
