About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our pharmaceutical sales team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales activity and providing strategic leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Translate Aspen brand strategies into sales plans that maximize market share in Spain.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure the successful implementation of new business models, strategies, and product launches.
