About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to manage our sales team in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share;
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales decisions;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness;
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector;
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills;
- A clear understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior;
- A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent;
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends;
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000-€100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

You will be based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, working closely with our Red Bull Spain team.
