About the Role: As a Senior Regional Sales Performance Director at Empresa Reconocida, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and elevating vendor sales program performance for the EMEA region. Your key responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster collaborative relationships with vendors to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Acquisitions and Onboarding Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Product and Sales Activation (PSA), RSO Vendor Strategy and Operations (VSO), Acquisitions Marketing and Sales Finance to ensure successful performance on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive improvement in ROI, efficiency, and standardization across programs and markets over time.
- Work closely with VSO to define vendor strategy, including location strategy, challenger models, and preferred vendors.
About the Team: Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team is comprised of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and client-focused members who serve as the 'human face' of Google. They help entrepreneurs build their online presence and grow their businesses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with vendor sales-operations management in technology, advertising, and/or internet.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop a business strategy that is dynamic and balances short-term delivery with longer-term sustainable success.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the company's market position.
