Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales or field merchandising. You will work closely with our Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication sectors.
  • Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory and identify opportunities to maximize visibility of Cosentino products.
  • Optimize sales and marketing by promoting visits to Cosentino Centers and finding new points of sale.
  • Elevate market share by increasing the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect.

Requirements

  • Sales or field merchandising experience required.
  • Desired experience with a customer database, preferably Salesforce.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
