Business Growth Manager Sell-Through Channel

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our team in Spain. As a CDM, you will play a critical role in driving sales excellence and achieving shared business goals in the Consumer Sell-Through Channel.
You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories. Additionally, you will work to enhance Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through strategic account management and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key customers.
- Driving Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business goals.
- Building Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Organize and lead cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and insights.
- Ensuring Timely Execution: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans and adapt to changes to achieve partnership goals.
