Job Title: Business Development Manager for Connected Care
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Hospital Patient Monitoring division of Philips Connected Care. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in your assigned district/area.

About the RoleThis role requires 8-10 years of experience in account management, sales activity, service or project management. You should have negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop and maintain strong accounts. Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and external is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in your assigned district/area.
- Creating yearly sales plans with sales management to set targets and plan actions and marketing deliverables.
- Creating optimal offers with the internal order desk to present to accounts.
- Initializing customer-tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
- Maintaining the quality of action realization and improving contact between the internal service and customers.
- Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supporting national promotions.
- Reporting regularly on sales results, expectations, market trends, and competition.
A career at Philips comes with numerous benefits, including a competitive salary. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and location. In addition to the salary, we offer a clean driving license requirement and willingness to travel. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week, while field roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. This role is a field role.
Requirements- 8-10 years of experience in account management, sales activity, service, or project management.
- Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and external.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
English proficiency is required, as well as proficiency in Spanish. Other languages may be beneficial but are not required.
