About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in . As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
  • Create yearly sales plans, working closely with sales management to set targets and plan actions and marketing deliverables.
  • Create optimal offers with the internal order desk to meet customer needs.
  • Initiate customer-tailored sales actions and support national sales initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality realization of actions, improving contact between internal services and customers for effective results.
  • Promote and explain local product portfolios, supporting national promotions.
  • Regularly report on sales results, expectations, market trends, and competition insights to inform stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in account management, sales activity, service, or project management.
  • Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop customer relationships.
  • Experience working with large matrix teams both internally and externally.
  • Understanding of local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and regulations.
  • Background in healthcare industry is valuable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Ability to travel.
