North Outside Sales Manager

The CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, is seeking an experienced North Outside Sales Manager - International Business Development to join our team in Bilbao. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and developing strategies to maximize customer portfolios and identify growth opportunities within assigned geographical areas.
Responsibilities:- Implement the sales strategy defined by the National OS / IS Manager and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in the assigned geographical area, leading, growing, guiding, and motivating the sales team.
- Set up an action plan ensuring the teams deliver and exceed established KPIs performing budgeted volumes and value-added selling targets.
- Identify commercial market opportunities and follow up with customers to develop and monitor the customer's portfolio.
- Promote products and services to customers and prospects, participate in commercial events, and develop a professional network.
- A strong understanding of the 5 Pillars: Performance Management, Customer Experience, Leadership Excellence and Employee Experience, Teamwork, and Communication.
- Excellent sales techniques and knowledge of commercial policy and offers.
- Financial and economic knowledge, business intelligence, and commercial action skills.
- Negotiation, operational marketing, commercial relation, pricing, and customer service/user support expertise.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in software/IT applications.
Our Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
