Job Title: Community Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Community Sales Manager at IWG Careers, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your Spaces centre while finding ways to increase sales and revenue. This involves motivating your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

A Typical Day:

A typical day at Spaces may start with a meeting with a new member to get to know them better and understand their business needs. You will guide them through the system, check if necessary arrangements have been made, and introduce them to other members who can help them grow their business.

You will also be responsible for preparing welcome kits, badges, and keys for new members, and ensuring that the reception team is well-prepared for the day.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a sociable, enthusiastic team player who loves multitasking and is extremely hands-on. You will have experience in hospitality or events, with some time spent in a supervisory role.
