Job Overview: The CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, seeks an experienced Outside Sales Development Manager to join our Bilbao office. Reporting to the National OS/IS Manager, this role is responsible for developing sales activities in line with established objectives. As part of a strong team of three employees, you will drive customer portfolio growth and identify opportunities within your assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the sales strategy defined by the National OS/IS Manager and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in your assigned region.
  • Develop and manage shipping trades to gain customers' loyalty and maximize vessels' loading capacity.
  • Lead, grow, guide, and motivate your sales team to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Identify commercial market opportunities and engage with customers to develop and monitor their portfolios.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary estimated at €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes professional development opportunities, health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. As a key member of our team, you will be eligible for bonuses based on individual and company performance.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of commercial policy and offers. You will need excellent financial and economic knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to promote products and services to customers and prospects. A background in operational marketing and commercial relations is highly desirable.
